Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours. Content, takedown, and misuse complaints are resolved within 15 days; privacy requests and billing complaints within 30 days.
Two removal clocks are shorter. Where an individual, or someone acting for them, reports content that exposes a private area, shows them in nudity or a sexual act, or depicts them by impersonation including in a morphed image, we act within 24 hours of the complaint and no court order is needed. Where we receive a valid court or government order requiring removal, we act within 36 hours of receiving it.
